Job Summary
Responding to inquiries for the New Jersey Department of Human Services, the full-time Child Support Call Center Agent will handle inbound calls, address customer concerns, and provide accurate information while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls by responding to inquiries and concerns using approved procedures and guidelines
- Research and resolve customer inquiries related to child support payment histories and account information

Required Qualifications

- 2 years of high-volume call center or customer service experience
- Experience with data entry and database documentation
