Job Summary
To support the New Jersey Department of Human Services, the full-time Child Support Call Center Agent will manage inbound customer inquiries regarding child support services, ensuring accurate information is provided while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone inquiries and concerns using approved procedures, maintaining call quality and integrity
- Provide information on child support payment histories and account details, while documenting customer interactions
- Assist callers with resetting personal identification and escalate calls as necessary for resolution
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of high-volume call center or customer service experience
- Proficiency in data entry and database documentation
- Own compatible equipment, including a PC with specific technical specifications
- Internet speed of at least 400 Mbps
