Job Summary
Evaluating the effectiveness of a new Gemini personalization feature, the full-time Chinese AI Quality Analyst will design multi-turn prompts, compare model responses, and provide evidence-based judgments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run creative multi-turn prompts that require the model to use personal context
- Compare and rank the quality of two model responses side by side
- Write concise rationales highlighting relevant evidence and debug information verification
Required qualifications
- Strong Chinese reading and writing proficiency
- At least one year of relevant professional or equivalent experience
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant analytical field
- Experience with data annotation, AI quality evaluation, or prompt design is helpful
- Willingness to use a personal Google account for assessment purposes
