CI/CD Team Lead
Job Summary
Leading a team in a fully remote environment, the full-time CI/CD Team Lead will manage the delivery of CI/CD and DevOps platform services, oversee team operations, and ensure the reliable execution of enterprise CI/CD processes while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the CI/CD and DevOps platform team, prioritizing work, managing capacity, and ensuring timely service delivery
- Oversee the transition of the DevOps platform from a prior provider, coordinating all aspects of the transition plan and maintaining operational continuity
- Define and track service level objectives and delivery metrics, providing actionable insights to development teams and customer leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in DevOps, CI/CD, or platform engineering, and 3+ years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise CI/CD platform services and leading technical delivery teams
- Experience in Agile/SAFe environments, including sprint and PI planning
- Proven ability to lead platform transitions with minimal disruption and manage associated risks
