CIA Certified Risk Management Director

Job Summary

Providing enterprise-wide leadership, the full-time salaried CIA Certified Risk Management Director will establish a governance model and risk framework for third party risk management, ensuring compliance and oversight of healthcare functions while working remotely from anywhere in the Continental United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Establishes enterprise strategy and governance for third party risk management, aligning with regulatory and business objectives
• Leads the audit and monitoring program for delegated entities and third parties, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Directs executive reporting on risk exposure and program performance, advising leadership on regulatory changes and emerging risks

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Health Administration, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in audit, compliance, enterprise risk, or third party risk management
• Leadership experience managing teams across multiple business areas
• Experience advising executive leadership on material risk and program performance
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification required; Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred
