CIAM Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the execution of authentication strategies, the full-time CIAM Product Manager will manage capabilities, intelligence services, and fraud-detection tools while collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud detection and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize the CIAM program and standards for authentication intelligence capabilities
- Serve as product owner for device intelligence and fraud-detection capabilities, maintaining the capability roadmap
- Analyze fraud trends and translate intelligence into actionable authentication controls and measurable business outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
- 5+ years of experience in product management, identity and access management, fraud prevention, or related fields
- Experience with authentication technologies and fraud-detection solutions
- Strong understanding of risk-based authentication and fraud-detection concepts
- Ability to influence teams and drive outcomes without direct authority
