CIC Analyst with Public Trust

Job Summary

To support critical operations, the full-time CIC Analyst with Public Trust will perform continuous monitoring of enterprise systems, manage incident response activities, and ensure accurate documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform continuous monitoring of systems to detect and respond to potential incidents in real time
• Support incident declaration and classification, ensuring timely escalation of critical incidents
• Coordinate incident bridge calls and provide stakeholder notifications and updates during active incidents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in IT operations, monitoring, help desk, or incident support roles
• Demonstrated experience with IT operations monitoring or incident management in an enterprise environment
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident tracking and documentation
• Ability to operate effectively in a shift-based, 24/7 operations environment
