Circuit Delivery Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing third-party resources, the full-time remote Circuit Delivery Coordinator will ensure timely delivery of customer orders for internet, voice, and SDWAN services while maintaining effective communication with project managers, customers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in provisioning new orders and processing carrier orders for various services
• Manage third-party resources to ensure customer orders meet quality standards and drive escalations as necessary
• Communicate order status and updates effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the delivery cycle

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry
• Preferred experience with internet circuit ordering and VOIP
• Ability to document dependencies and manage escalations independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications
• Strong project management and organizational skills
