Cisco Services Specialist

Job Summary

Driving growth in Cisco service contract renewals, the full-time Specialist, Cisco Services & Renewals will manage client relationships, create renewal proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively manage customer Cisco renewals and upsell opportunities for the assigned account base
• Participate in strategy meetings and customer-facing presentations to drive renewal opportunities to closure
• Maintain and reconcile end-user Cisco contract inventory and forecast renewals pipeline accurately

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• Strong knowledge of Cisco services, contracts, and Enterprise Agreements
• Familiarity with Cisco asset/contract management systems (e.g., CCWR, EAMP)
• 3+ years' experience in a support agreement renewal role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS applications
