CISO Services Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of the CISO Services program, the full-time salaried CISO Services Business Analyst will coordinate between partner health centers and internal teams, manage customer relationships, and oversee operational activities while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations of the CISO Services line and maintain operational trackers and reporting tools
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner health centers, ensuring effective communication and customer service
• Prepare scopes of work and track vendor contracts, budgets, and service-related expenses

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, client services, or account management
• Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Experience tracking projects, contracts, and operational activities with high accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
