CISSP Licensed Security Compliance Lead

Job Summary

Leading the Security Authorization and Compliance team, the full-time Head of Security Compliance & Authorization will establish security and compliance strategies for the Game Warden platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and government requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the product security and compliance strategy, including security authorization and continuous monitoring processes
• Provide leadership oversight for security authorization packages and ensure compliance with various national security frameworks
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership to integrate security requirements into product development and planning

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, with significant responsibility in product security and compliance
• Five or more years of experience leading cybersecurity teams and managing performance
• Direct experience with government security authorization programs, including NIST SP 800-53 and FedRAMP
• CISSP or an equivalent advanced cybersecurity certification required
• Practical understanding of cloud security architecture and secure software development practices
