Civil BIM Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Civil BIM Designer & Coordinator with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, the full-time remote position will develop, coordinate, and maintain civil models for large-scale data center campuses, focusing on site layouts, grading, drainage, and utility systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Advance feasibility, constructability, and phasing by preparing layout, grading, and routing options for early design reviews
• Lead civil site development by creating and maintaining surfaces, grading models, and managing stormwater and flood protection requirements
• Develop and coordinate plant utility systems, modeling networks for gas supply, cooling water, and electrical systems while ensuring alignment with engineers and construction partners

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of civil design, BIM modeling, or civil infrastructure drafting experience, with a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience
• Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD, including grading, utility networks, and model dependencies
• Experience with site-survey data, GIS, and point clouds, along with familiarity in Navisworks for model coordination
• Ability to independently deliver civil packages and interpret engineering information effectively
• Strong organizational skills to manage changing priorities across concurrent projects
