Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time Claims Representative will manage property and casualty claims from initial report through final resolution, ensuring accurate evaluations and outstanding service to insureds while working in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage claims from first notice of loss through final resolution, ensuring timely and professional handling
• Verify coverage and evaluate claims in accordance with policy provisions and company guidelines
• Investigate, adjust, and resolve claims directly or coordinate with independent adjusters as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and property and casualty claims experience
• Property and casualty claims adjusting experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to analyze information, exercise sound judgment, and make informed decisions
