Claims Adjuster
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time War Hazard Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve claims, interact with various parties for effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service to claimants.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers compensation claims while applying analytical skills
- Interact extensively with involved parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of claims
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
