Claims Adjuster
Job Summary
Working remotely as a full-time Claims Adjuster, the candidate will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve war hazard claims while providing exceptional customer service to claimants.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers compensation claims through informed decision-making
- Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
- Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
