Job Summary

Analyzing and processing claims, the full-time Liability Claims Adjuster - All States will negotiate settlements and communicate with claimants and clients while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and gather information to determine claim exposure and ensure timely resolution
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Knowledge of licensing and jurisdiction across all states
