Claims Adjuster AVP
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Claims Adjuster AVP, the successful candidate will manage claims within the Claims Advocacy and Insight team, serving as a subject matter expert on coverage while drafting responses to coverage rebuttal letters and collaborating with brokers and insurance carriers to resolve complex claims issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicate with insurance carriers' claims departments to resolve coverage issues
- Draft coverage rebuttal position letters and advise brokers on claims-related matters
- Develop relationships with carriers and brokers to facilitate effective claims management
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in Commercial General Liability claims
- Previous insurance carrier experience with high dollar OCIP/CCIP claims
- Experience in Workers Compensation and Marine General Liability claims is a plus
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Claims Adjuster License is preferred
