Job Summary
Working remotely from home, the Claims Adjuster II will investigate automobile accidents involving bodily injury, assess coverage and damages, and provide exceptional customer service while negotiating fair injury settlements.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough liability investigations and make decisions on claims
- Identify injured parties beyond those listed at First Notice of Loss (FNOL)
- Support claimants throughout the vehicle restoration process and provide feedback on the auto claims process
Required qualifications
- Experience in claims handling or a related field
- Knowledge of automobile insurance policies and liability assessment
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and negotiation tools
- Ability to communicate effectively through various channels, including calls, email, and text
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift Monday to Friday with potential Saturday duty rotation
