Job Summary
Contributing to exceptional claims service, the full-time Inside Claims Representative II will adjust moderately complex auto and property claims through telephone and written correspondence while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and interpret policy wordings to determine coverage
- Investigate losses, evaluate information from various sources, and negotiate with insureds and claimants
- Maintain accurate records and stay updated on legislative changes and industry trends
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of insurance adjusting experience
- Working toward Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
- College/University degree preferred
- Strong investigative and analytical skills
- Effective customer service skills with empathy for customers
