Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Claims Adjuster - Licensed will investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims while determining policy coverage and compensation amounts.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with veterinary hospitals and policyholders to assess a pet's medical history
- Process assigned insurance claims, verifying coverage and compensation per policy
- Update Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and manage claim payments and closures
Required qualifications:
- 1 year of relevant experience in a veterinary clinic
- Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience, or Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
- Must have and maintain an Adjusters license or obtain it within 90 days of hire
- Only United States residents will be considered for this role
