Job Summary
Seeking enthusiastic individuals, the full-time IAP Claims Representative - SkillBridge Conversion will participate in a comprehensive training program to learn how to investigate and resolve workers' compensation claims while working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Complete the designated claims professional training program and adjust various levels of workers' compensation claims under supervision
- Communicate effectively with injured workers, employers, medical providers, and attorneys through various channels
- Thoroughly investigate claims by gathering relevant information and documenting findings and recommendations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two years of customer service experience or a combination of education and experience
