Claims Adjuster Trainee
Job Summary
To launch a career in auto claims, the fully remote Claims Adjuster Trainee will investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages while working Monday through Friday during Pacific Time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Handles basic investigation regarding most aspects of auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages
- Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills
- Partners to determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle claims effectively
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in PST, MST, or CST time zones
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific Time
- Basic understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships within the company
- Ability to apply a basic understanding of systems and technology used within the company
