Claims Advisor, Professional Liability

Job Summary

Managing complex D&O, EPL, and E&O liability claims, the full-time remote Claims Advisor, Professional Liability will analyze claims, negotiate settlements, and coordinate legal defense while maintaining professional client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex liability claims, developing action plans for timely resolution
• Negotiate claim settlements and calculate appropriate reserves throughout the claim lifecycle
• Coordinate legal defense and monitor compliance with client guidelines

Required qualifications

• Ten years of complex claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Preferred Master's or Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited institution
• Licenses and designations such as AIC, CPCU, or ARM preferred
• In-depth knowledge of medical malpractice insurance principles and claims expertise in errors and omissions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills
