Claims Analyst

Job Summary

To support cargo claims management, the full-time Claims Analyst will investigate and settle claims with various customers, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with legal liability, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and investigate claims to establish liability and notify accountable parties
• Negotiate settlements by assessing claimed item values and resolving disputes
• Maintain detailed records and instruct repair firms for inspections and reports

Required qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a Claims or Customer Service setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
