Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Investigating and analyzing escalated claims, the full-time remote Claims Analyst will respond to complaints from consumer protection and regulatory agencies, represent the company in small claims cases, and handle liability complaints against First American and its contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and respond to complaints from various agencies and upper management
• Analyze liability complaints against the company and independent contractors
• Represent the company in small claims court cases

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Basic mechanical, technical, and contract knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Access
• Fundamental understanding of the home warranty industry
