Job Summary
Analyzing claims data to identify trends and improve efficiency, the full-time remote Claims Business Analyst will collaborate with various departments to develop actionable insights and present findings to leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes affecting claim performance
- Partner with Claims Operations and other departments to translate business questions into analytical requirements
- Monitor emerging trends in claims performance and communicate insights to claims leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in insurance or claims operations
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
