- Collaborate with Claims Operations and leadership to translate business questions into analytical requirements
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, adjusting communication as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in insurance or claims operations
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
