Claims Business Intelligence Specialist
Job Summary
Partnering with Claims and cross-functional teams, the full-time Claims Business Intelligence Specialist will develop and manage reporting, conduct data analysis, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Claims team to gather business requirements and identify key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Translate business requirements into reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using business intelligence tools
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of claims data to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting
- Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools
- Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or related business intelligence certification preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
