Claims Configuration Senior Associate

Job Summary

Overseeing all aspects of claims benefit setup and analysis, the full-time Claims Configuration Senior Associate will manage configuration processes, ensure accurate member cost share and provider payment information, and act as a liaison across departments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support all aspects of claims configuration including benefits, authorization, and alignment with CMS guidelines
• Manage the claims benefit configuration inbox and respond to stakeholder inquiries while maintaining quality standards
• Develop and enforce quality control procedures to enhance configuration accuracy and performance

Required qualifications

• Proven experience analyzing data sets to generate actionable insights
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
• Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing high-impact workflows
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
