Claims Examiner Auto - State Licensed

Job Summary

Analyzing and processing complex bodily injury auto and commercial transportation claims, the full-time Claims Examiner, Auto - State Licensed will evaluate coverage, investigate liability, and manage damages while ensuring timely resolution in a remote or onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process complex auto commercial and personal line claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Manage the litigation process for litigated claims and coordinate vendor management for investigations
• Develop action plans to meet state-required contact deadlines and pursue subrogation opportunities

Required qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial line auto policies, coverages, principles, and laws
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position
