Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Claims Examiner I will assess claim information, process insurance claims, and perform research and adjustments for complicated cases.
Key responsibilities
- Processes claims for various products and performs research and adjustment functions
- Responds to inquiries from internal and external customers and coordinates coverage information
- Completes special projects and complex transactions related to claims processing
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of customer service, member services, or claims processing experience
- Advanced keyboarding knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
