Claims Examiner - Liability (Home State License)

Job Summary

Analyzing General Liability and Bodily Injury claims remotely, the full-time Claims Examiner - Liability (Home State License) will manage claim resolutions, negotiate settlements, and communicate with clients while adhering to service expectations and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through effective investigation and information gathering
• Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Home state license required
• Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements across all states
• Professional certification in applicable line of business preferred
