Claims Executive

Job Summary

To support clients in navigating complex insurance claims, the full-time remote Claims Executive will manage individual and portfolio claims, serve as a mentor, and develop claims management solutions to reduce total risk costs.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes claims protocols and policy enhancements with insurance partners and clients to ensure proper claims handling
• Conducts claim reviews with clients and insurance partners, ensuring adherence to reserve standards and settlement protocols
• Acts as a claims advocate for clients, focusing on mitigating claims costs and providing summaries of claims activities to relevant stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 10+ years of experience in claims and client-facing roles within the insurance industry
• Certifications such as AIC, CPCU, ARM, CIC, AINS, WCCP, CLRI, CRM, or PRM are expected
• Strong knowledge of various commercial claims including workers compensation and property & casualty
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with diverse clients and colleagues
