Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Claims Intake Associate will manage inbound and outbound calls regarding claims, record potential claims, and research inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from claimants, attorneys, and other stakeholders in a timely manner
• Receive and record potential claims via phone and email, ensuring accurate documentation
• Research and provide detailed information regarding claims inquiries based on established protocols

Required qualifications

• General understanding of insurance coverage and claims processes
• Experience in customer service with a focus on compassion and professionalism
• Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in using multiple screens and systems
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to spelling, punctuation, and grammar
• Adaptability and flexibility in a changing work environment
