Claims Investigator

Job Summary

Investigating potentially fraudulent claims, the fully remote Claims Investigator will evaluate claims, conduct interviews, and prepare reports to determine the legitimacy of claims.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct moderately complex investigations to assess the nature of claims and coverage
• Interview relevant parties and perform field investigations as necessary
• Prepare detailed investigation reports to present findings and recommend actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Three years of related experience
• Experience in claims investigation or a similar field
• Ability to conduct interviews and field research
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
