Claims Manager
Job Summary
Owning the full claims process for a portfolio of commercial accounts, the remote Claims Manager will manage intake, carrier reporting, and resolution discussions while building client relationships and standard operating procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee claims from intake to resolution, including adjuster follow-up and reserve discussions
- Conduct kickoff calls for new clients and monthly reviews for existing claims
- Develop standard operating procedures and reporting workflows to enhance claims management processes
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial insurance claims in a brokerage or carrier setting
- Proven end-to-end claims management experience
- Strong client relationship-building skills and sound judgment for escalation
- Experience in leading client-facing meetings, such as kickoffs and claim reviews
- Ability to create SOPs and training materials from scratch
