Claims Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the Claims Processing team, the full-time remote Manager of Claims will manage Claims Supervisors and processing staff, ensuring timely and accurate claims processing while driving performance improvements and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure oversight of Claims Supervisors and daily operations, including workflow management and performance reviews
• Lead the development and implementation of claims processing enhancements and error reduction initiatives
• Monitor claims inventory and assist in resolving aged claims while presenting data and trends to executive leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a production team environment
• At least 3 years of experience in developing claims enhancements and understanding claims payment processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Commercial insurance terminology
