Fully remote, the Claims Metrics Reporting Manager will shape the strategic roadmap for Employee Benefits technology capabilities, manage metrics and reporting functions, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Shape the strategic roadmap for Employee Benefits technology capabilities and business solutions
- Act as the business product owner for metrics and reporting, defining strategy and establishing a comprehensive reporting suite
- Lead operational readiness planning, including communication requirements and training needs ahead of implementation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of product delivery, product management, or business analysis experience
- Hands-on FINEOS experience required
- Demonstrated experience building reporting and metrics capabilities across various reporting views
- Experience operating in Agile and Scrum delivery environments
