Claims Process Analyst

Job Summary

Optimizing and modernizing claims processes, the full-time remote Claims Process Analyst will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in claims operations.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate claims business processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Conduct root cause analyses to uncover operational gaps and drive process enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design improved end-to-end claims processes and document requirements for system enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Experience with Homeowners and Catastrophe (CAT) claims, particularly understanding end-to-end workflows
• Proven experience in process management or business process improvement
• Advanced knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Experience with the Duck Creek Claims platform or similar systems preferred
