Job Summary
To support a growing payment accuracy initiative, the full-time remote Claims Recovery Analyst I will manage the recovery of healthcare claim overpayments, collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure accurate adjustments and enhance client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying, validating, and recovering claim overpayments
- Analyze medical and pharmacy claims data to identify trends and opportunities for recovery
- Collaborate with management to innovate solutions and improve recovery processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, healthcare, or a related field
- Experience in identification, analysis, and recovery of claim overpayments
- Excellent computer skills, particularly proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
