Claims Representative
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Claims Representative will manage case workflows, process medical record submissions, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while providing exceptional communication with healthcare providers.
Key responsibilities:
- Process medical record submissions and manage cases from initiation to closure
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and maintain communication with providers
- Adhere to HIPAA privacy requirements and manage protected health information (PHI)
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for shift schedules
