Claims Representative
Job Summary
Supporting customers through vital claims processes, the full-time remote Claims Representative will investigate and process life insurance and lending claims, gather necessary information, and communicate updates to customers and third parties.
Key responsibilities
- Review documentation and evaluate claims within established guidelines
- Provide updates on claim status and next steps to customers
- Manage both inbound and outbound communications to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency for navigating multiple systems
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST
- Access to a PC or laptop running Windows 11 and high-speed internet connection
