- Set reserves, make payments, and document file activity by collaborating with clients, claimants, and vendors
- Utilize analytical skills to make decisions and resolve issues related to claims handling
Required qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
