Job Summary
Providing outstanding administrative and claims support, the full-time Claims Representative - Medical Only will effectively communicate with claimants and clients, accurately manage claims documentation, and ensure timely claim disposition while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships and connections
- Accurately set reserves, make payments, and document file activity by collaborating with various stakeholders
- Provide fair and timely claim disposition consistent with company standards
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience required
- Knowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures, and applicable state laws
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
