Claims Research Manager
Job Summary
Managing and supporting claims analysis and research, the full-time Claims Research Manager will provide analytical insights to enhance claims operations and implement solutions to improve performance, working remotely from Florida.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and mentor Claims Business Analysts while overseeing claims analysis and research
- Collect, validate, and analyze data to develop business solutions addressing process and quality gaps
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance claims operations efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in health plan operations, preferably with Medicare and/or Medicaid
- Experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
- Ability to analyze abstract variables and apply logical principles to problem-solving
- Previous supervisory experience, including hiring, training, and performance management
