Investigating automobile accidents involving bodily injury, the fully remote Claims Resolution Adjuster will assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Independently investigate casualty claims by reviewing damage and interpreting policies
• Utilize phone, email, and video chat to facilitate a fast and fair claims process
