Job Summary
Investigating and settling less complex claims, the fully remote Claims Resolution Manager will evaluate coverage, liability, and damages while managing a portfolio of claims with moderate supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and settle claims, ensuring compliance with clients' policies and regulatory requirements
- Document and communicate all claim activities effectively to support outcomes
- Exercise judgment to analyze claims exposure and determine appropriate settlement actions
Required qualifications
- High school diploma and 3 years of related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled or able to obtain necessary licenses/certifications
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Experience with claims and business software
- Bachelor's degree preferred
