Job Summary
Investigating and settling less complex claims, the fully remote Claims Resolution Manager will evaluate coverage, liability, and damages while exercising judgment to determine the proper course of action and communicate effectively with all parties involved.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and settle claims with moderate supervision, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Document and communicate all claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
- Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate resolution
Required qualifications
- High school diploma and 3 years of related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled or able to obtain necessary licenses/certifications
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Experience with claims and business software
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
