Claims Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

Making high-volume outbound calls to investigate and maximize insurance payments, the full-time remote Claims Resolution Specialist will research auto accident details, confirm payer information, and submit accurate bills to ensure timely payments for client hospitals and medical providers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and investigate auto accident details to determine the responsible payer
• Make frequent outbound calls to patients, insurance representatives, and attorneys to confirm payer information
• Investigate denied or underpaid claims, determine next steps, and resubmit for additional payment

Required qualifications

• Experience with Coordination of Benefits and a general understanding of insurance billing (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work on multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously
• Experience in a fast-paced, high outbound call center environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
