Claims Subrogation Recovery Representative

Job Summary

To support subrogation recovery efforts, the full-time Recovery Representative (Claims Subrogation) will evaluate first-party claims for subrogation potential, coordinate investigations with adjusters and attorneys, and pursue recoveries from responsible parties while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review first-party claims to assess subrogation potential and coordinate necessary investigations
• Identify and pursue recovery from responsible parties and their insurers, including managing legal disputes when needed
• Maintain accurate claim files and ensure compliance with company guidelines while tracking recovery efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 to 2 years of related work experience
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency
• Familiarity with claim investigation practices preferred
